weekend problem
i will try to plan for a new strategies this weekend , i will plan NOT to eat more than 1500 cal per day max.
try to do more exercises in the morning. hope it help

weekend problem
when the weekend comes it is a problem , i am doing very good in diet in the whole week but when it comes it is a disaster more than 2800 cal. a day. So ANY HELP TO COME OVER THIS WEEKEND Embarassed
