Happily (well....about 99.6% of the time) married mother of 2 fantastic boys. I come from a family where one side is tall and skinny and the other is short and dumpy, out of the 4 children my parents had I was the only one to inherit the short and dumpy genes, unfortunately over the past 4yrs due to ill health of myself, and then the hubby, these damn genes have been left to their own devices and have been using my body as a play park, resulting in a weight gain! I have decided now is as good a time as any to try and reign everything in a bit and educate myself better so I can be healthier all over and be a better role model to my children (and on a more selfish note I also want to look and feel better about myself).
