Does anyone track EVERY activity? When looking up activities, desk work was one of them. While I do get up and move around the office, I'm pretty confined to about 400 sq ft. I guess I don't justify that as activity.

If I do track it, It definitely won't affect the amount of calories I'm trying not to put into my mouth. My other half has been told low carb and while I am supporting that diet, I love bread (and pasta) so much I'm never going to get under 100g of carbs a day. Guess I'll lose it slower but happier?
