I really have to lose my weight!
I have weak hip joints condition since I was born, so naturally I am not supposed to do high impact exercise. This is my convenient (!!)excuse to avoid exercise.
My weight goal as of 5/22: 125 lb.
My waist size goal as of 5/31: 25 inches (64cm)
MY WEIGHT GOAL FOR 2009: 120 lb. (54kg)
MY LONG-TERM WEIGHT GOAL: 110 lb. (50kg)

1) I love to eat salty food, especially Pringles. Once I open it, I would finish it in 2 days.
2) I love chocolate. It has to be the dark one though.
3) I love ice cream with caramel sauce. With brownies & whip cream, optional.
4) I love watching movies rather than doing exercise. (Average movie run 2-hours, so I should schedule exercise after that.)
5) I love reading books rather than doing exercise. (This is my biggest dilemma.)
6) I love to stay late at night and end up feeling tired during daytime.
