I am at my heaviest weight in my life now.
I really have to lose my weight!

I have weak hip joints condition since I was born, so naturally I am not supposed to do high impact exercise. This is my convenient (!!)excuse to avoid exercise.


My weight goal as of 5/22: 125 lb.

My waist size goal as of 5/31: 25 inches (64cm)


MY WEIGHT GOAL FOR 2009: 120 lb. (54kg)
MY LONG-TERM WEIGHT GOAL: 110 lb. (50kg)
**MY ULTIMATE WEIGHT GOAL: 105 lb. (47.5kg)**

MY WAIST SIZE GOAL: 23 inches (58cm)

1) I love to eat salty food, especially Pringles. Once I open it, I would finish it in 2 days.
2) I love chocolate. It has to be the dark one though.
3) I love ice cream with caramel sauce. With brownies & whip cream, optional.
4) I love watching movies rather than doing exercise. (Average movie run 2-hours, so I should schedule exercise after that.)
5) I love reading books rather than doing exercise. (This is my biggest dilemma.)
6) I love to stay late at night and end up feeling tired during daytime.

Study for school after work out
I've never really paid attention on potassium, but I don't think I have it too less. I eat green leafy vegs, banana, and chocolate(!).
Maybe I should drink more water...? I'll see. If drinking more water solves my problem, I will update here. Thanks!

Study for school after work out
I have a problem focusing on study after exercise. While I am sitting at desk, my legs ache that interferes my focus. My legs are so restless that I need to have a break. I often walk around the room or lie down on bed a while. Then I lose time for study! I remember now this was the one of reasons I quit my exercise when I went back to school in spring. I am not morning person, so doing exercise in the morning is not my option. Does anybody have suggestion how to reduce the restlessness of my legs, especially after exercise?
