I'm 28, 5'6". I like to run. I use RunningAhead.com (I'm kayty83 there as well) to track my running, races, and other workouts. I count calories on FS when I want to lose weight. Here are my goals, past & present:

>> Running Goal #1: Sub 31:00 minute 5K. (< 10 min/mile). [MET 6/6/2010! 29:51, 9:38 per mile]
>> Inserted Running Goal #1.5: A sub 10 min/mile for a 10K wasn't one of my goals, but I recently ran one in 1:00:16, and was pretty psyched about it, so I'm putting this in here as a met goal, even though the goal was never set :-) ["MET" 10/3/10, 9:42 per mile]
