Hello! My name is Kayla and I am 23 (almost 24!) years old. I have my husband, Matt, and my two BEAUTIFUL children, Samantha (2) and Isaac (6 months). I have been wanting to get back and shape and lose all this excess weight for a long time now, but I really just need the support of people who are going through it with me and who think I can do it! I'm hoping to lose at LEAST 40lbs by the end of summer, so that gives me a solid six months or so. I am attending school full time, but not working, so there should be no excuses!
