I'm a 60 year old work whose work is mostly on the computer. I have never been my "ideal weight" but always 10 - 25 pounds more. I'm realistic enough to accept that won't happen, but I'd like to get to a "healthy" range than is one I can maintain. I'm concerned about health problems that come from being overweight; both of my brothers recently were diagnosed with diabetes. I don't want to be next.
