well giving up the pole class as the hubby had a major problem with it!! cant see why it was a fitness class nothing to do with stripping, never mind, suppose i'll sit home some more! this is why i'm not doing so good on the diet sat in 24/7 bored nothing to do but eat and drink, and housework, while he's off at the gym, pub or out seeing his pals......rant over ;)

so fed up with dieting and trying to change my habits i dont care if i'm healthy, just want to be thin!!! suppose its a case of less is less or binge purge again!!

since starting pole dancing back up i find i'm starving all the time but my instructor tells me i'm burning around 600-700 cals an hour, its toning all the flab up aswell, but i think i'm getting heavier. oooh aching muscles and bruises ;)
