I am a 30 year old mother of 3 kids. I was always tiny I was even born a premie at 2lbs 5oz. ever since having kids at age 20 I have gained weight and have a hard time losing it. All three of my kids were 9lbs or bigger and at my short stature I was stretched pretty big :) I weighed around 120 lbs until 2000 when I had my first child, then started at 150lbs with my second and after I had my third I weighed 160lbs. I started working night in 2007 which is where I gained my last and final 25 lbs. I started losing weight in July 2010, I started at 188lbs. I got down to 166lbs but then stopped trying so hard. I have been balancing between 170lbs and 174lbs ever since. i lost 22 lbs in 3 months and I can do it again. my goal this time right now is to lose 24lbs and be 150lbs by new years day. Then in 2012 continue my journey to 125lbs by my 31st birthday on April 27th 2012..... I CAN lose 50lbs in 6 months it is doable.
