As a 31 year old mother of 2, full time worker and Premier Designs Jewelry lady, my weight has been a battle for me for as long as I can remember. I had dropped a lot of weight about 5 years ago, but have since gotten remarried and diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, where steroids and emotions have been a real problem for my weight.

I have set the bar pretty high for myself this time around to lose this weight for good, knowing that if I can change my lifestyle completely, that it won't always be a fight to keep the weight off. It's important to me that I change how I'm eating and cooking for the sake of my children. I want them to learn healthy eating and exercise habits now, while they're young.

Do I need to eat all points?
It's my understanding that we're supposed to use all of the points (it's been scientifically designed that way, blah, blah, blah), but I agree. I'm usually 4-5 points shy at night too. I don't want to eat if I'm not hungry, but my WW leader says we're supposed to. Sometimes I do, but a lot of times, I don't.

If you go into your account, down at the bottom is your preferences. There is a box you need to check for WW points and it will start listing them for you. It's great. Welcome!!

I've always heard that 20 minutes of exercise 4-5 times a week promotes healthy weight loss.
