Weight Gain Supplements
Hey no worries.
He's actually not selling it.
We've been going through 'the process' since Mar13. I explained to him in the beggining I wasn't looking for a quick solution, I didn't want to become dependent on supplements. So we did the trainng routine, the diet (increasing calories through a healthly eating plan), and saw some results.
And you're right, LEAN weight and NOT fat (which my body currently repels - knock on wood).
I've checked them out online, and read some reviews, but with all things, there's always good and bad. It works for some and not for others. You know how that goes. So I was just utilizing all avenues for information here...

Thanks for your concern, input and advice. I'll always be sure to keep them in mind.

Weight Gain Supplements
Well according to all calculations I am.
5'5"
30yrs
100lb (barely)

While I'm considered healthy, ie not mal/undernutritioned, my body refuses to hold on to anything it isn't presently using.

So I was just looking for some feedback on the suggested supplements...

Weight Gain Supplements
Currently my trainer is looking into a weight gain protein supplement/powder to assist in achieving my goals. He is suggesting
- 'Mass Fusion' by Nutrabolics
- 'Serious Mass' by Optimum Nutrition

Any reviews on these?
