So to give you and idea .. I used to work out like there was no tomorrow .. I started out at age 30 5'9 169 lbs and was racing Mtn Bikes ... to hitting the weights and bulking up to 200lbs with a 10% body fat. Unfortunately I kept eating like I was in the gym 6 days a week but mainly on my couch during it after i got married. now I am 39 220lbs and hit a peak of 255. So I am back in the gym like a monster I have now convinced my wife to join me and I go 2x a day 6 days a week training myself and her as well. I have experience with diets, supplements, and yes even Performance Enhancing Drugs. I have some knowledge but as anyone knows there is not one fix that takes care of everyone and one does not know everything. I love to give advice or an opinion based on my experiences adn If dont know then I will tell you. So thanks for stopping by.
