I'm a 31 year-old Texas boy who is happily married to a wonderful man. I have been overweight almost all of my life. I lost about 100 pounds in my early 20’s – unfortunately, I gained half of it back in about a year. I’ve tried a bunch of diets and haven’t had much luck sticking to them. This time I’m trying to shed some fat by sticking to the basic concepts of measuring what I eat, keeping my calorie intake low, and exercising.
I work too many hours to get any time at the gym (I'm also taking a couple college courses). When I have the time and motivation, I work out at home - I really like the "you are you're own gym" program.
