My name is Jillian- I am 27 years old and a first time mom of a beautiful 3 month boy named Michael. My weight has always been an issue for me! I wouldn't call myself fat, but I do like to refer to myself as plump. I really like junk food and that is why I am so unhappy with myself. I have always been active but when I got pregnant I stopped working out and my eating habits were HORRIBLE! I decided that I had to do something, not just for me but for my son too. I want to raise my son in a healthy home and I want him to be proud to call me mom. My husband makes this whole process even harder because he likes junk food as much as me. Even worse we own a Pizzeria!!!! I have stopped going there just to eat and have been really trying to get control of myself. I have done Weight Watchers in the past with great success so here I am again going down the long, hard path towards a skinnier me!

Are you BORN TO BE WILD?? --->Challenge!
So I have been back to the gym for two weeks now and it feels great. I used to wok out all the time and stretch at the beginning and the end of my workouts so I decided to do it again for this challenge. I felt so much better the rest of the day!!! Sometimes I am a little sore from working out but I felt so much better because I stretched after. My muscles didn't feel so tight and achey!

Are you BORN TO BE WILD?? --->Challenge!
I stretched last night before I went to bed (This is a routine of mine). I find that I sleep pretty well if I stretch before bed because it is 15 minutes out of my day that i just relax and relieve all the tensions of the day. I love the way I feel while I stretch, besides getting rid of the tensions in my body it also allows me to clear my mind and just focus on breathing and relaxing!

Team Point Lap Point Auto/Body Challenge
Ok so I wanted to take part in this and make my team proud but I wasn't sure what to talk aboutConfused Finally on my drive to work today something popped in my mind! I live in Buffalo, NY and we got hit with an ice storm last night and now snow today(shocking I know). So I was thinking of how I needed to use my 4-wheel drive to make sure I had a steady drive. Then I thought the 4-wheel drive is kinda like the motivation and support we need to lose weight. I could make it through the snow without it, but the drive is so much better with it! I have lost weight in the past on my own, but this time is different because I have the motivation and support from others on this site that keeps me goingRazz ! Not all cars have 4 wheel drive which makes it tough when the weather gets really bad, but the cars that do can plow through anything! I really feel that having motivation and support from others can help you get through anything. When others are cheering you on and want to see you succeed it makes those tough times that much easier to get through!

Part of why I do weight watchers is because it is based on a community and here is a success story that started with a little motivation!
