Thats so weird It must be something I ate because all of the sudden I have gained a pound since yesterday and I still am in my calorie amnt I am supposed to eat... Must have had too much salt maybe? So weird...

Once you realize how much food you can eat a day and start playing around with different types of foods I find myself amazed that if you cut out few potatoes, pasta & white bread how much you can actually eat. I did not log my dinner yesterday until this AM and felt little guilty because i was literally stuffed, now looking at the calories it was only 400 and i had 2 fillets of fish , broccoli, cauliflower, wine. It is becoming my favorite - just getting frozen fish - sea salt, pepper and paprika all of that in the oven and its awesome. I have lost another 1.4 Lb since Sunday YESS!!! and my workouts are shopping, house work and running after 2 children LOL
