asthma, cronic heart burn, and lowerback pain all worse since current weight.
I was avoiding everything because i was embarrased.
It was really affecting what I would do with my family.
The self destructive binge eating HAD to stop!!
It took my youngest son's friend to call me "fat" for me to snap out of it!
I'm excited about my recient sucess, and being able to play with my kids in the snow this winter!!
