Day 2 of Induction.
Not bad so far, I like being able to be full and to get things like Sour Cream and mayo.
Only real problem I'm having is getting all my net carbs from veggies. I don't like any of the high carb options on the list. So I'm stuck with lower carb options that I'm going to have to eat boat loads of to even come close. Anyone else have that problem?
Yesterday I went a bit overboard with my taco salad, way more meat than salad but starting today I want to stick with the program a bit closer. Any ideas?

Ok, I've compared Atkins to the Dukan and realized Atkins is more for me.
I can't find low fat cheese in the UK and eating vegetables every day will work better for me than the cycle of Pure Protein and Vegetables and Protein. Nothing against the Dukan diet at all, just after managing to get through the Attack phase, I've realized that had I done Atkins induction, I would have enjoyed it a lot more. :)

I just took 24 hours off Dukan and I don't feel bad about it at all.
I had pizza, chicken strips, potato wedges and a chocolate molten cake, this was a celebration for me getting a 2nd interview for a job.
I also had not had a BM for 6 days and I figured a "normal" meal would help with that. And it did, within 20 minutes. Constipation is a normal side effect of this diet, but still.
I gained about a pound back, totally worth it.
The one drawback with Dukan is that you literally have no place for any deviation until the 3rd stage. Which means that in my case, there's 3 straight months of NOTHING that's not on the allowed list.
It's pretty hard for anyone to manage to eat only low fat dairy, meat and selected vegetables for 3 straight months.
I have a lot of will power, but even I get bored.
So I'll be back on the bandwagon tomorrow, but I would do this again in a heartbeat. I'm still ahead as far as pounds lost go and sometimes a girl just has to go a bit crazy to keep from throwing in the towel completely.

I'm officially in the Cruise phase now!
I've lost 7.4 lbs. during my 6 days of Attack, even better than it said when I did my True Weight.
After 6 days of meat and dairy I am so happy to get some veggies.
I made a Cottage Pie with cauliflower mash instead of potatoes and Quorn mince instead of beef. Pretty tasty although I might be biased at the moment. :)
Now begins the race to 125!
