Am I the ONLY person annoyed by Nutri-System commercials???
sherilyn, I really am happy that this is working for you. I can definitely understand the need for convenience. I have 4 kids, 2 dogs, a cat, a mortgage, a wonderful husband, a full time job and I work as an Avon rep so I know how importance convenience is. If 10 years from now when you are off of the program and you are still maintaining while preparing your own meals, I would love to hear more from you on what you learned from your NS experience.

How are the NS foods on sodium?

I have no doubt that some people can lose it with Nutri System and keep it off. HOWEVER, I think the vast majority do not get the education and training about food and calories that they need to maintain their weight loss after leaving the program. If it worked for you and you're keeping it off, that's fabulous! I just don't recommend it because I have witnessed the crash and burn that most people experience after going off of the program. To me, it makes much more sense to educate yourself about nutrition and to make your own food choices. But hey, to each his own.

Beans!
That's what I'm saying! I play this little game with myself where I say, "Kids - this meal was only $1.45 per serving!" kind of like "I drove 1000 miles in 14 hours and 27 minutes". Silly, I know but fun!
