DDR
I know for most DDR on the PS2 is considered an old game. But I have to tell you. As a family, we do between 45 to 1.5 hours of DDR per night and it has help in so many ways. Its fun and energizing. We "compete" in a friendly way. Everyone from youngest children to my mother (4 Cool

can play. Plus you can burn between 150 to 300 calories depending on what songs you do and for how long.

TIP for DDR: Figure between 10 to 20 calories per song or use the workout mode.
