I am a retired single senior guy who has struggled with being over weight for the last 32 of my 67 years. Now that I have the time, I want to be able to travel and be active that being obese doesn’t always comfortably allow. Health issues have also crept up on me, so I joined a fitness center for the first time in my life. Now I have to be motivated enough to get my butt out of the chair and go for the workouts.

Feeling like a cow!
Those who follow Atkins correctly will lose the weight. I didn't see 2 months of entries and what I did see was not enough foundation veggies and protein and too much other junk. Go back to the basics and enter everything you put in your body and that should help. Be sure to get a minimum of 8 glass of water in addition to the other liquid intake. If you are getting too much sodium, you could be retaining water. Don't give up. Jim De

Water Intake
I have found that too much Crystal Light gives me a feavor blister and know longer drink as much of it. Anyone else have this issue?
