hi! my name is jarald. iam 25 yrs old male. iam from scotland, UK. i have had weight isues since the last 3 yrs. i tend to accumulate a lot of weight in my tummy. i was really athletic back in high school. but i quit sports and was into my studies. therefore in the last 3 years i gained over 23 lb of fat, and interestingly, i only retain it in my tummy region. the rest of my body remained the same. this became a major health problem for me. i found it difficult to run. running made my lower leg muscles, especially the tibia muscles ache and i couldnt even climb up a hilly area. the situatio worsened when i had a slight anterior pelvic tilt due to my tummy weight. i joined a local gym in the last month and till now lost nearly 10 kg fat.my tummy is almost flat now. but i plan to continue a proper eating habit and exercise to achieve a fatless tummy and then plan to build my abdominal muscles.
