I am a 40 yr old mom of two. Very active even though am over weight. Had a recent injury & surgery that has made me realize I need to lose wgt. The main way I attempted to control weight gain was through exercise & am now learning that I need to control what I eat. It will be slow going, but I am hoping by taking babysteps I can get good eating habits to stick this time.
I like to participant in pretty much all snowsports, hiking, biking, rafting, camping, bowling. I love reading, Stephen King was a favorite author growing up. Right now I like Kim Harrison's books.
I work shift work which makes it hard to get into a pattern ... but now I think thats kind of an excuse I used to not eat right. So...2010, the Year of No More Excuses :-)
