I agree with you. Every ones body react different. I would like to have full energy breakfast, but in afternoon lunch i prefer eating low calories food. You should find out how our body need energy.

I think you can eat an apple or a few almonds so it will make you less ravenous.

weight loss is good but my body looks crap
Stay focus to your goal. The weight loss is not only eating less, its eating the right foods at the right time. Just follow basic steps which a speed up the metabolism and fat burning hormones.
