How many calories per day?
I found one formula in one of article. I haven't tried but you can use it.
BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 * weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 * height in inches ) + ( 4.7 * age in years )

How Often Do You Weigh Yourself?
I currently weigh myself once a week whilst losing, I couldn't cope with the constant up and down of weighing myself every day, I think weekly gives you a good enough indication!

Dieting and Not Exercising?
Its fine if you not excising. But determine how many calories you should consume each day, and stick to it.Work with a diet plan that will work well for your level.

What is your favourite/most used food for weight loss?
Mine Whole grains,fruits and veggies. Also green tea and raspberries.
