As with a lot of other people little by little and year after year of not eating right and not enough exercise I went form being in great shape to more of a round one, it isn't a hard thing to do with the pace of life now.
I guess that my story starts 3 months ago when I changed jobs from a job that I sat in a seat most of the day moving dirt to one that demands I be in top physical condition, not only for me but for the others I work with. So one morning I dusted off the trusty old bathroom scale and once the verdict was in my mouth hit the floor.....208 LBS!!!!
Needless to say I've been hard at work ever since, and found out that it a lot easier to gain weight rather than loose it. I'm proud of what I've lost but know that I still have a long road ahead of me to achieve my goal.
