Additional Description/Notes:
Lightly toast 4 shelled walnuts until warm, set aside and cool. Place washed and dried baby spinach leaves in a large salad bowl. Drain (drink juice) 1 individual cup of manderine oranges, add to spinach. Add 1oz of cumbled goat feta cheese and break and add cooled broken walnuts to salad. Toss with 1 Tbsp of Light Raspberry & Walnut salad dressing.
