Add 1 c vanilla soymilk to blender. Break 1 small banana into pieces and place in blender. Add 1 scoop of vanilla bean The Biggest Loser Designer Whey Protein Powder. Place lid and blend. You can also add a little fresh ground nutmeg or cinnamon to taste. Add 4 icecubes before blending if you like it thicker and ice cold.
