Some of you expressed a desire ( like me) to get more protein into you're daily diets. If Kroger grocery is in your area, try Carb Master Yogurt. A whopping 12 grams and it's very creamy and good and has many flavors. Plus, as you already know peanut butter does too. Special K Protein cereal is good too with some cinnamon sprinkled in. I read yesterday that 1/8 of a teaspoon can rev up your metabolism. Lentils, sweet potatoes, broccoli brussel sprout's,asparagus, cauliflower, mushrooms eggs or egg whites, lean meats and cheeses.

Trying to get more protein in my diet from now on. Today I have loaded up on high protein foods and noticed that I do not have much of a sweet tooth or crave anything sugary. I also need to eat more meat, chicken and pork, I can get more protein this way.I am also going to try to give up candy and have less sugar for 2 weeks. I know that I can, I went for longer than that without it.
Going out tonight with my gal pal Loretta, we always have a blast together. What's new with all my gal pal's here? Jenny I'm looking in your direction ( since you don't have a F.B and I can't keep up with you any other way :P )

So I wanted a Oatmeal creme pie after my dinner. Instead, I had a whole golden delicious apple. I don't typically like apples but, I am liking them more cut up in slices with cinnamon and splenda sprinkled on top. It kinda felt like eating apple pie :)

Has anyone for the fun of it just went into your food log and entered what a typical day of calories would be before you started your life change? I just did mine and was horrified lol. Almost 4000 calories 185% of my RDV with no working out, only daily activities. I used to have no problem scarfing down a whole Totino's party pizza late at night. Shameful.
