Why do people eat high protein diets?
Hello, I was wondering why people would selectively eat high protein diets and avoid carbohydrates? I ask this because carbs are the primary source of fuel in the body, right? And next is fat and THEN protein. Protein is a very rich source of fuel that the body cannot burn except in cases of emergency.
When protein is not ready to be burnt, it is stored as fat!

So, why?

I am eating a very healthy diet, and I am drinking a LOT of water. My measurements have also changed. So even if it was not all fat loss, I do believe it was some, no?

Hello, I am slightly worried. I have been working out and eating a strict diet, however I am wondering whether this is normal?? Has this happened to anyone else?
