Hi,
I am a recently divorced, school nurse in a Jr/Sr High school. I have been overweight for a lot of my life. Since I live alone now I find it easier to stay on a diet because I don't have to worry about cooking for a family. I have 1 son 22 years old and he lives independently. I had to have a total hip replacement in December 07 and have fully recovered and now find it easier to walk without pain but find it hard to do it alone.
