Another non diet day
Hello. I would like to share my experience and get help! I used do go on a diet on Mondays it is just a habit to begin everything on Mondays. So I can be on a diet only for 3 maximum 4 days then I just become angry and frustrated without food that I really enjoy. If someone faces the same how do you go through it?
