How many Carbs should I be eating?
I am 28 years old and have recently decided I'm tired of being over weight, sick and tired. I use this ap on my phone religiously, have started working out and watching my diet but I'm not sure how many carbs are ok. I don't want to diet I want a lifestyle change. Something that I can stay on permenately. So far I have lost almost 22 lbs.
