performance: losing 0.2 lb a week
38 yrs old male. I reached my highest weight about 6 years ago at 285, decided about 2 years ago to change that. I am now between 209 and 213 with the goal to drop a few more, but losing body fat is more important that a number on the scale.
Last year I started doing triathlons and have 2 or 3 plus a half marathon on the schedule this year as well.
