I never thought being a social butterfly was a bad thing. Unfortunately, my friends socialize around food and drink. With that in mind, I am tracking every piece of food that goes into my mouth - good or bad. You have to understand the extent of the problem before you can fix it. The challenge I have is that I know what the problem is, it is now finding the determination - day in and day out to fix it.
