I'm 31 and have been overweight since 4th Grade. I've never really been bothered by my weight, but I know now that it keeps me from doing alot of things that I want to do.
I've been depressed for about 2 years since someone I cared about broke up with me because she wasn't "attracted" to me. So I've started seeing a nutritionist and am thinking about surgery.
I don't really know what my reasons for losing weight should be, but honestly I want to be more attractive.
Doctors hate me because even though I'm very overweight I don't seem to have any of the medical issues that go with being obese.
I want help, so I'm hoping that keeping track of my eating and exercise will help.
I started a group for people from the Cleveland, OH area because I like to eat out, but need to make better choices.
That's me I guess. Any Suggestions?
