should i or should i not
Does anyone do Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Hustle, or Turbo Kick? I burn mega calories with those -- 700 an hour or so -- and you make them as intense as you want. Have not tried P90X but have done two rounds of Chalean Extreme, which is also a good workout.

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?
Ack! That Bosu ball scares me. I fell off it once in a boot camp class and have been terrified of it ever since.
