1700 calories? That's a lot!
Hi I have dieted since I was 14yrs. old. Having seen the effects of diabetes and having I child, I have switched focus from being skinny to being healthy. The last 13 lbs. to my goal have been tough. There are calculators out there for your weight height measurements and age. I joined the Venus factor and fat secret. It has worked for me. I've lost 13 lbs in 2 months and reached my goal of 120lbs. I don't agree with many of the ideas in the book, (They don't seem healthy)but you can always modify. I have and it still worked. The key really is calories in and out. SmileI try to eat clean (Clean eating by Rena Tosca is great) I do P90X and to loose the last few pounds I used the Venus factor online tools. Hope this helps.

yes! Once a week or it gets crazy.
