I started my weight loss journey in November of 2010. Weight was 190, and it was a few months after having my twins (babies #3 & 4). I did Weight Watchers off and on for a while and had some success (about 15 pounds), but realized that I need to count every calorie (I love fruit and eat a lot of it).
My goal is to eat mostly whole foods, organic foods when we can afford it. We have 4 young kids and I am trying to limit their junk/processed food and teach them to eat this way as well. But that is easier said than done!
I love this website! Tracking my food/exercise keeps me on track and the forums give you some great ideas.
