9 weeks ago i weighed 141.5 lbs as of this morning i am at 125lbs, no junk food,soda, just healthy eating and my husband got me me a bowflex maxtrainer m3,14 minutes a day for 9 weeks and i finally made it to my goal,i will be 45 yrs old next month and i feel wonderful,,,,

started my focus T-25 workout dvd yesterday and upped my calorie intake by 200 .going to weigh myself every week instead of every day,,Hide the scale:)

I BEEN EATING AN 800 CALORIE DIET EVERYDAY FOR ALMOST A WEEK AND HAVENT LOST NOTHING BUT I HAVE BEEN DOING WEIGHTS AND CARDIO FOR 1 1/2 HOURS A DAY SO I DONT GET IT.I DID THIS BEFORE AND WAS LOSING 2LBS A WEEK SO IM A LITTLE DISCOURAGED AT THE MOMENT..just started my boot camp cardio cd yesterday that's 45 minutes long with 3 levels of training.so im hoping this will work..
sorry bout the caps thing..lol
