Glutamine
No. I took glutamine 10 mg per day for 2 years before and after weight training. I can tell you that it is good to avoid muscle deterioration, however did not help me to lose weight at all. Hope it helps.

Hunger!!
I started training again after an awful weight gain and an operation. The trick for bodybuilders and weight lifters is to eat in small portions. Split your 1500 calories lets say by 6 so you have 6 meals, and try slow digesting carbs in the morning (oatmeal for example. It is critical that you reduce the carbs to the minimum on the last meal before going to bed. I hope it helps.

Plateau is over. I will not overindulge over the weekend.Training is good so far. Creatine is in my system. I take 5 grams every day before training.
