Truth is I just like........
I was at the check-out a while back and my cart was filled with all healthy stuff, no junk at all. The woman in line behind me made a comment about how great it was to see all that good stuff and that I was feeding my little one (he was in the cart) so well. Then she said "But now and then we all need a little treat too." and with a wink she handed me a bag of cookies. It was realy quite sweet. I will never forget that. Smile

Looking to change it up...
I really like the Atkins shakes and will have one for breakfast sometimes. I prefer the lighter flavor of vanilla but my hubby really likes the chocolate but there are several flavors you can try. I usually buy mine from Sam's Club, they are a bit less expensive that way. Good luck!!

Slipped Up
I love sugar-free jello with whipped cream (be sure to check the label) on top. YUMMY! Atkins is not for everyone that's for sure, and you really have to make sure you're doing it correctly and getting all the veggies you need. In some ways it's a lot more restrictive than a low-calorie diet but for some (like me) it's really perfect. I've had some poeple give me a hard time being on Atkins but I'm allergic to most fruits and should not have gluten so it fits for me. Smile

Losing Weight While on Prednisone
I have some sort of autoimmune thing going on but they are not sre what because the tests for specific things keep coming back negative but the ANA test comes back positive. Doubt The prednisone helps my pain like nothing else and I can actually function. Without it I can't work. Crying or Very sad
