Can't seem to stick to a diet
yea im still working on healthier choices that i end up enjoying more than "bad" choices. they exist for everyone, just finding them through trial and error without succumbing to bad habits. because god damn a good pizza is tasty.

Can't seem to stick to a diet
Well, now this started great, and derailed super fast. There are lots of people like you (I might be one) that have trouble giving up "bad/junk" foods, I am one of them, my buddy and I started at the same time and he was easily able to give up junk food, where I on the other hand have tried cutting cold turkey (not a good plan, backfired) and now in the process of slow elimination. And as far as wholefood nut goes, yea. Your right a bag of steamers broccoli would last longer than a bag of cheetos or a snickers, but you know what tastes better?.....most of the time, gimme the naughty snicker.

Daily Completion
What I dont get about my fitness pal is, you have a target cal intske and as you input exercise it adjust your cal intake so you can eat more for your target? Can you explain that to me? I figure on here it is cut and dry, eat your target, and exercise more than what you eat or, make sure your activity level is higher than what you eat.

New to all this healthy crap
Been there guy, I was always low to mid 200s, weighed myself dec 2014 and family pics, 280 peak. NOPE. Now a year and a couple months later I touched the 100lbs lost mark, lowest was 176, (now im back up to 180ish, I feel great and if you are really into it your whole life changes, make new friends, lose some old ones, keeep the good ones and become a new you. I feel and look awesome. At first I thought it was lame as hell, now Im fully into it. Fun trip, better than depression, feeling lazy, shoving my face full of food, (ive been doing that the past 2 weeks I feel like shit. Anyways good luck, and people are here to help and support.

Okay. I'm fed up!
best thing ive found is creating a meal, you have all the ingredients, but you don't have to enter it everytime
