4-Hour Body
The 4 Hour Body got me motivated.... am doing it and have lost 22# in 3 months....if you can see my food diary you can see what I eat...I am vegetarian so I use Quorn as my meat substitute and I always take my free day...So far I like it...I take a levoxyl for my thyroid so I use Whey protein for my breakfast ...I have to be careful or I overeat on Nuts but so far so good

WHAT????? obese man found fused to chair..
I mean really....how could any normal sane person not ask him why he hasnt been out of the chair in months...there was another story of a girl who stayed in her bathroom on the toilet for 2 years and her boyfriend didn't think anything about it....gotta be mental illness...she was also fused to the seat...sad but really Fu*&ed up.

It's just like riding a bike?
A lot of the difference besides the obvious road/mtn look is gearing.....A good mtn bike or a hybrid is prob your best choice....AVOID big box stores and mass market stores....go to a small local outfitter/bike store...you will get better service with more product knowledge and will be supporting a small business...and remember if you buy a cheap bike you will get a cheap bike and lots of problems....you don't have to spend 1000.00 on a bike but buy something decent.
