I am beginning to make maintenance work. It sure is a delicate balance. In order to get in my protein with such a tiny stomach I have to rely on shakes and protein snacks yet if I do that plus the small amount of food I can eat my calories are too low and I lose again. The only other solution I have found aside from adding sugar and white carbs is to make the pumpkin cranberry muffins and eat around 3 of them through the day. They are very dense so one really fills me. In addition to the recipie in this cookbook here I add flaxseed meal, dry milk, and nuts, and an orange put through the food processor rind and all. They are super yummy and have all kinds of good stuff in them. Some times I add oatmeal, too. If you leave out the white flour they won't rise but that is ok with me 'cause they are yummy!
