Hello, I see a lot of people read but no one answered. I have been thinking of switching to Stevia instead of the artificial sweeteners I use. Haven't yet, tried it a few times, once the brand was really good, and others didn't like, wish I remembered which brand it was. Good luck in your switch if you decide to.

Hemp Seeds
Been hearing how healthy they are. I called a place where they sell them, cause it says, they are in their shell, and all you do is crack them open, but the girl on the phone said, it's not easy to get them out of the shell, and you can eat the shell.... any feedback?

Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis – It’s NEAT!
thanks, I'm going to do a couple of squats every time I get up, etc., you're so right, I keep saying I have to exercise, and don't. Today is my 1st day on weight watchers, on my own, I found my books from January. It's my birthday, but I figured what better day to start.
