Hello, I am a 49 year old female. I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life. It started with my first pregnancy where I gained 90 lbs in 4 months. Was sick the first 5 and made up for it in the last 4 ha ha. I have 5 wonderful children, 2 of my own & 3 thru marriage, and they are all grown up! I have been on many diets and have been successful but have noticed as I am aging that things are changing and not in a good way. I want to get the weight off permanently. I have a full time job that is sedentary. I enjoy hiking and motorcycles (Gold Wing)

Does anyone know how many carbs & protein you should have daily when dieting? I seem to run just under 200g for carbs & 60-90g for protein and I think it may be to much.

Looking for Buddies

I am new (2 Days) and would like to find some diet buddies. I am trying to do this on my own (1200 cal) per day and have about 70 lbs. to lose. Would be grateful for any help & advise I can get & hopefully be able to contribute to others as well. I have up & down this road soooooooooooo many times.
