66 years old. 5'5" started at 222.5lbs. Never thought I'd be a middle linebacker! Was a runner in early thirties. Put on 60 lbs. over 30 years after I remarried. I have been on the AEROBIC DIET- thats when you eat so fast you get your heart rate up! Have always been active. In my fourties rode my bicycle 5000 miles per year. Have done assault on mt. mitchell 3 times (103 miles and a lot of elevation.) Rode 100 miles on my 65th last June. love to hike. Ive been on half dome,the teton crest trail, Grand gulch and the west coast trail to name a few. Have a sea kayaks and love swamps and rivers. I first kayaked in the broken Island group off British Columbia on a five day trip. Have been in 48 states and all the provinces of Canada but two. Have been to 17 countries.No tours-all self guided. 2011 is the time to lose weight before it catches up. I am working out at the gym mwf and walking 3 days a week (3-8 miles per day)I have all year-lose it slow -keep it off.Have almost 7 years of college but still can't spell and hunt and peck as you can see.
