After many years of the battle of the bulge, I am re-learining to eat slow and healthy again. I have always run, but the weight always took it's toll on my legs. To me, it has always been a matter of eating too much of the wrong foods. I hope to change my eating habits for good. So far it is working (A whole month and a half!...lol). I did run a road race on New Years day...first one in 5 years! :)
