My name is Chris and I'm 45. Jason Carr is my husband and we started Phase 1 (Detox) on April 19th, 2010.
He lost 10 lbs and I lost 5 lbs.
We are now 6 days into Phase II and we've added exercise to the program.
We noticed that we didn't have the energy to workout during Detox.
The fusterating part is that we both haven't lost any more weight, yet.
We won't give up. We are doing this 100% until we reach our goals.
