I am married to a wonderful man and the mother of 2 beautiful children. I turned 30 in 2010 and decided I was tired of being fat. I work full time and sitting at a desk all day enabled me to be lazy. Now, with baby steps, I am trying to educate myself and make a lifestyle change. I know it will not happen overnight, but slowly I will get there.
my end goal will be under 154, but for now I will be happy moving down into each category.
18.5 or less Underweight = -115 lbs
18.5 to 24.99 Normal Weight = 116-154 lbs
25 to 29.99 Overweight = 155-185 lbs
30 to 34.99 Obesity (Class 1) = 186-216 lbs
35 to 39.99 Obesity (Class 2) = 217-246 lbs
40 or greater Morbid Obesity = 247+ lbs
