On my way to getting the body I have always wanted, but now need to lose the extra bodyfat that is in the way of my muscles! My 15 pound goal might be too steep. I'd settle for 145, from 15 years ago. Seems crazy to think that it has been so long.
I've always been one that loves sweets, and crave sugar. I feel guilty after I've eaten it and then want more. I am trying to have those in moderation, but also trying to choose foods that have protien to stick with me longer.
I've been doing crossfit 3-4 times a week, along with jogging 2-3 miles 2 or 3 times a week. Maintaining about 1600 calories or fewer. One would think I'd be shedding the pounds. Lost 5 in the first 2 weeks. Still motivated to keep going and know this is just a way of life. I feel strong and that feels great.
Now, to get to the size 8 jeans. Let's GO!!
